Refuge of Hope

Refuge of Hope is a non-profit organization located at 715 2nd Street in downtown Canton.

Their Mission:

Glorify and serve God by providing meals for the hungry, emergency shelter and transition to independence for homeless men and spiritual hope through Jesus Christ.

Refuge of Hope provides hot meals to men, women and children eight times a week, shelter to homeless men and hope to those living in dire circumstances. Clients can receive counseling, clothing, meals and hot showers.

Volunteer opportunities include: Prayer Partners, Meal Servers (age 15 and up), Donation Organization, Youth Projects and much more!

Deacon Ed Laubacher serves on the board for the Refuge of Hope Ministries and helps coordinate volunteers to serve meals and assist in other ways at the shelter. For more information, please visit their website at www.refugeofhope.org.
