Department of Youngstown/St Paul Church Requirements

Since Troop 35 is chartered with St Paul Church, all adult leaders in the troop are considered volunteers at the parish. As such, we are obligated to follow the guidelines mandated by the Diocese regarding volunteers. These rules apply to anyone over the age of 18 who is involved in Troop 35 activities.
