The Greeter is an important part of the special liturgical ministry; the Ministry of Hospitality. The Greeter's initial welcome and greeting is the first encounter of the St. Paul Community to all who come to worship. The role of a Greeter is one of service to others. The presence of a Greeter enhances the gathering assembly. The Greeter's presence and hospitality to others sets the tone for all to enter more fully into the Eucharistic celebration. We are currently looking for new families, men, women, and children to help greet many people coming to worship at St. Paul's Church. If you are interested please contact Michele Kennedy.

Greeter Reminders |
Arrives 15 minute before the scheduled Mass. Reserve a seat in the church. Reserved seating is available for Greeters and their families. Greet everyone in a relaxed and friendly manner. Always remember that Christ is present in all and we are all members of the Body of Christ. If necessary, introduce yourself. Indicate the location of special seating when necessary. When asked, give directions to the restrooms, elevator and drinking fountain. In case of an emergency, inform an usher. As the entrance procession forms, return to your reserved seating in the church. Because of the importance of the liturgical action, it is most appropriate that you dress with the dignity befitting of our ministry. And don't forget to "Smile often"!
